Templates

The Golden Path ships a set of reusable Terraform templates (packages) that you add to an environment with ok pkg add <name> and install with ok pkg install. This page lists every template with its category and a link to its reference documentation. Select a column heading to sort by that column.

`app-common`	Application	Shared infrastructure for the applications in an environment, such as the ECS cluster and an ECR pull-through cache.
`backup`	Backup	AWS Backup plans and vaults.
`cicd-common`	Terraform automation	Shared CI/CD resources for the environment, such as artifact repositories and the IAM roles that GitHub Actions uses to deploy.
`cloudfront-static-website`	Application	Static website on S3 and CloudFront, with TLS and a custom domain.
`databases`	Database	Shared PostgreSQL (Aurora) database cluster.
`datadog-common`	Observability	Shared Datadog integration for the environment.
`dns`	Networking	Route 53 hosted zone for the subdomain of the environment.
`eventbridge-notifications`	Observability	EventBridge rules that send AWS events to Slack.
`iam`	Terraform automation	GitHub Actions OIDC identity provider and other IAM resources for the AWS account.
`load-balancing-alb`	Networking	Application Load Balancer that routes traffic to your applications.
`networking`	Networking	VPC and the core network for the environment.
`rds-bastion`	Database	Bastion that lets you connect to RDS databases from your computer.
`remote-state`	Infrastructure as Code	S3 bucket and DynamoDB table that store the Terraform state.
`scaffold`	Other	Empty stack with the standard Terraform configuration. Add your own Terraform code to it.
